Need not to visit HBFC's offices - verify your account position online

Simply log-on to HBFC's Web - you will have an easy access for: -

Verification of your repayments as well as disbursements details with HBFC's record;
Pointing-out any error regarding under-payment, missing payment or over-payment etc for submission of report for necessary rectification at HBFC's end;

Modus-operandi for using above facility:

First enter your HBFC's Account Number followed by a Pin Code Number in the customer login area and finally press the 'SUBMIT' button.

In case of incorrect feeding either of account number or/ of Pin Code, the following message shall invariably appear.

When you succeed in providing correct ACCOUNT NUMBER with correct PIN CODE then you may able to see the following additional MENU options:-

Select the above multiple verification options and click verify Transaction Button.

1. My Account

This option contains the personal details of account holder as well as the break-up of amount of loan drawn from HBFC.

2. Repayment Details

This option provides you full information about your repayments which you have deposited from time to time.

By consulting the HBFC's record, you can reconcile your own record and can pinpoint error about under-payment, over payment, missing payment etc for its correction on the part of HBFC.

In case of any disagreement with HBFC's record, you will be required to visit, within 15 days, to be the concerned HBFC's office, wherefrom you had drawn the loan, for formal reporting of the error. Failure of such intimation within specified time shall constitute that the record so verified by you is found correct.

3. Disbursement Details

Through this method you can see, at a glance, the different trenches and ancillary details of your loan amount.

4. Account Status

This option provides you the details of Amount Sanction/Disbursed, Monthly Installments, total repayments made, the amount of default (if any) and the amount outstanding.

5. Logout

When you finished the Verification process, you may required to logoff for the security reasons.
