MIS Department has recently been created in HBFC Ltd. The reporting line of MIS department is through Executive Director (MIS).

The function of MIS are as under:

• Customizing/Standardizing various reports used by the different Divisions/Departments.
• Provide periodic progress to Managing Director & Board of Directors.
• Monitoring Budget with actual and the variance thereof.
• Prepare quarterly review reports on various housing product.
• To co-ordinate with Divisions/Departments and Zonal regarding timely available of information for onward submission to management.
• To co-ordinate with different Divisions & Functions for developing effective MIS.
