The newly created department “System and Process Development Department” (S&PDD) has been evolve to provide system support to all HBFC Offices include field function to smooth running of business. Coordinate with consultants/firms when hired to review system performance. It is responsible to make road map for migrating legacy system to present enterprise solution. Ensure the timely deployment of system and provide technical support to end-users. Maintain existing system to required level and optimize the performance. To meet any future requirement assign by management.
