Continuation Of “ISO Certification” Of House Building Finance Corporation Limited
Moody International (MI), a Multi Accredited Certification Body, have confirmed, continuation of the status of “ISO Certification” of HBFC Ltd. This decision was made by MI on the basis of 1st yearly “Surveillance Audit” of HBFC Ltd operations conducted by its auditors during December-2008.
HBFC Ltd had originally obtained “ISO Certification” in December-2007, after MI conducted its “Certification Audit”. The MI had issued required documentation is this respect.
This certification and its continuation imply that the Quality Management Systems (QMS) of HBFC Ltd conforms to the requirements of the internationally accepted ISO 9001:2000 Standard. The HBFC Ltd is the only Housing Finance Company in Pakistan having “ISO Certification” covering its overall operations.
The “ISO Certification” is one of the projects Management has embarked upon since 2005 to improve the operations and overall position of the organization.
The Management reiterates its resolve and commitment to achieve even higher levels of excellence in the coming years.
