Mr. Saeed Khan,

Mr. Saeed Khan graduated in Business Administration from University of Peshawar in 1981 and joined Habib Bank Ltd. as Trainee Officer. Joined Pakistan Navy in January, 1983 as Lieutenant (PN). Resigned commission in August and joined HBFC on 1st September, 1987.
Has served as Zonal Chief Quetta, Islamabad, Gilgit and Peshawar Zones as well as Chief Manager in the Vigilance and Operation Division at Head Office, Karachi. At Present he is serving as Provincial Chief Region-A comprising of Islamabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad and Gilgit Zones.
He has vast experience to his credit spanned over 27 years in the fields of Banking, Logistics Management, Credit Management and General Administration. |

Mr. Effendi joined HBFC in March, 2006 as Executive Director (Finance)/Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary besides being fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan he is fellow Member of Institute of Bankers and Institute of Chartered Managers. He completed his articles from M/s Ford, Rhodes, Robson, Morrow, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Effendi has vast experience of 30 years at his credit. During the terms of his service he has remained head of Audit, Credit, Finance, Islamic Banking, Business Promotion, Information Technology, Corporate Secretariat etc. Before joining HBFC he was with a Commercial Bank holding position of Executive Vice President. He has remained on the Board of various Companies including Leasing and Modaraba. He has been Chief Executive of a Modaraba Co. for 6 years. Recently he is nominated on the Board of Takaful Pakistan Ltd. (Insurance Company) as Director. | |

Mr. Muhammad Shabbir Alam joined HBFC Ltd. as Executive Director. He is head of following Divisions:-

He has over 31 years experience in the Project Management/Implementation, Development/ Commercial Banking, Procurement, Management of Special/Remedial Assets (Non-Performing Loans) by way of Recovery/Rescheduling/Restructuring & Rehabilitation, Audit & MIS etc. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) and MBA (Finance). Mr. S.A.S.A. Sayef Hussain,

Mr. S.A.S.A. Sayef Hussain is the Head of Compliance Division. He joined HBFC Ltd. in June 2005. He took over the charge of head of Internal Audit in Head Office, Karachi in August 2006. Before that he was posted in Islamabad as incharge o Regional Audit of the Punjab and NWFP.
During the course of his career, he worked in pivotal position in various industries and financial institutions. He has brought with him vast experience in audit, finance, accounts and investments in various financial institutions.
He is a graduate from the University of the Punjab, and has done CA-Inter and CA-Final Group-II (old course). He is also banking diploma holder (DAIBP) from Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He also attended numerous courses/seminars/workshops, including foreign course, during his service in financial institutions. |

Mr. Khalid Aftab Khan,

Mr. Khalid Aftab Khan joined HBFC Ltd. in August 2006, as General Manager. He has around 23 years of banking experience in Corporate Finance, Specializing in Credit Marketing & Administration. Before Joining HBFC Ltd., He spent more than 20 years with a commercial bank dealing in various facets of Credit. Last position held was of Vice President. He also occupied senior level position in a Modaraba, which gave him in-depth exposure in Islamic Financing Instruments and Micro Leasing. He also has taught as an Assistant Professor (Accounting & Finance) in a nationally reputed University.
He has done his MBA from IBA, Karachi and is also an Associate Member of Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He has also attended numerous international and national courses /seminars. |

Mr. Paul is the General Manager, the Head of Information Technology Department. He is graduate, a BSC (Physics, Mathematic, and Statistics). He has a valuable experience of over 22 years in System Analysis / Designing and Development of Business Application Software using different technology tools (Hardware & Software) and Operating System. His Present assignment is to revamp the IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining HBFC Ltd., he worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer for National Bank of Pakistan.
